Virtual Meeting Room Service Options

Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMR's) allow multiple people to connect together from a wide range of video enabled devices and locations. Adding a VMR to your meeting invitation brings remote teams together with Video, Audio and Content Sharing.

We offer our VMR services under two models:

PVMR - Personal Virtual Meeting Rooms

SVMR - Shared Virtual Meeting Rooms

The table below provides a summary of the features of each.

VMR Type

PVMR’s -  Personal Virtual Meeting Room - a service dedicated to an individual user/s within an organisation
SVMR’s – Shared Virtual Meeting Room - a service that is shared across an organisation

Connection Capacity (per VMR)

The number of simultaneous connections a VMR can support. A connection is any device connecting to a VMR – i.e. VC Room, Desktop Client, Mobile Client, Skype for Business or a Phone call.
