Shared Virtual Meeting Room (SVMR) is your organisations shared meeting space for hosting meetings with colleagues, partners and clients using ReadyCloud Video. SVMRs are great for organisations just starting out with video conferencing or who are less frequent users with only basic requirements.

Note:

• SVMRs are shared across your organisation - you therefore need to manage the scheduling of these amongst users. This is often done using Outlook room resources as scheduling placeholders.

• SVMRs are setup with a user account for administration of each SVMR.
